  1. Candice, is there someone you know in the U.S. who could order this book for you from ABE Books, a division of Amazon.. The book is available there for anywhere from $3 to $25 at this link http://bit.ly/1hMCmBA. Unfortunately, I only have two copies left myself so can’t give them up.

    All best,

    Elizabeth

  2. Hello! This was me and my sister’s favourite book growing up, when our local library went under renovations we never saw it again until now. I was wondering if you knew of anywhere that still sells it? I live in Canada so amazon.com didn’t work for me unfortunately.

    All the best,
    Cadnice
